How can we properly prepare for what we cannot possibly imagine?

Whether or not you believe that humanity has a date with destiny in 2012, one thing is beyond dispute: The continuing escalation of geological and geopolitical threats could culminate in a ‘perfect storm’ that radically alters life as we know it in no time at all.

What do you really want?

This simple, yet powerful question stimulates a myriad of emotional responses that usually include fear, anxiety and downright panic. As we come closer to the culmination of the Mayan calendar, and are bombarded with the many prophecies of Nostradamus, Biblical Revelations and more, we find ourselves faced with one undeniable fact…we must respond to this question and claim our clarity.

The most prevalent response to the question of what it is you really want is abundance. Yet this powerful birthright is elusive for many, and even those who have abundant financial resources around them often feel a sense of lack and fear.  There is a preoccupation with not trusting ourselves as to what it is we really do want. All of this leads to the bigger question: Why are we abundantly fearful?  Abundantly depressed? Abundantly unclear?

 True abundance offers an essential harmony that is experienced as Peace.  To be at peace with oneself, at peace with ones world is truly the foundation for manifestation.  One is simply unable to manifest from a sense of fear and lack.  No matter how many advisors and self-help coaches suggest otherwise, the lack of material wealth is a spiritual challenge that requires a spiritual solution to heal.

 What reflects into our everyday physical world is the product of our focus, clarity and commitment.  It is our energy that attracts chaos or nourishment into our life. The idea that money would relieve the challenges that face us is a very popular myth.  Sure, a cash infusion would temporarily reduce some of the pressure we face, however, studies have illustrated time and time again that one’s finances mirror ones inner consciousness. Money itself is rarely the solution and lack of money is never the true problem; it is a symptom.  Yes, the Law of Attraction is real, and no amount of coaching or “attraction focus” will heal the core wound that is the root cause of perpetuated energy out of balance.

 Living less than an abundant life results when people believe in external limiting conditions. They then believe in and adopt the pattern of a victim of an external force outside their control…or so it seems!  A lack of abundance results when people lose conscious contact with the clear and harmonious energy that resides in the center of their Being.  Poverty is the core essence of the energy of doubt! Whenever you are filled with doubt of any type, your poverty consciousness expands exponentially. 

If we consider the word doubt, we discover the word itself springs forth a greater meaning: Disrupting Our Undeniable Belief in Truth, (DOUBT). As we move farther and farther from the Divine truth of our being as whole and omniscient, we disempower our abundance. Simply put, we doubt ourselves.

 Often time, prophecy and other disseminated information literally empowers self-doubt! To become prosperous in the fullest sense of the word requires that one call forth a deep trust in the Universe.  Trust is the partner of love, for true love must be foundationalized in divine trust or it will collapse.  One will usually not find true prosperity without first finding their Core Essence, the soul.  And, it all begins with Self-trust and the release of doubt.

Religion, church and spiritual practice are not required…though they can help! One finds one’s soul by surrendering their focus on external experiences and desires and listening to ones inner authentic energy. You find your soul through the gateway of your heart, not the gateway of the mind, which will habitually offer you doubt until healed. Once you make the inner soul connection, true healing can occur on every level of your life experience; for the soul is the essence of the divine, the love that restores balance.

Here are three simple steps that will open this restoration, free doubt and claim abundance in its fullness.

 Step One: All wounds are healed through love. When we recognize that our doubts are the first line of healing toward re-claiming ourselves, we open to extraordinary energy. Imagine what your life would be like in this very moment if you no longer had any doubts…about anything. Self love first offers the energy of acceptance. That is, one must accept their life situation as being a divine gift. Yes, even if you are in pain and bankruptcy, until you can see the gift in your situation you will not relax into true self-love, for you are still holding strong doubt energy.  Thus the first step is to stop blaming  _______ (fill in the blank!) for your problems. There is no one, or nothing worthy of this blame!

Bring your hand to your heart and declare: 

“In this moment I trust myself!”

The simple gift of bringing your hand to your heart always provides an opportunity for an opening to love.  It is a gateway to ones soul and a simple practice that once integrated will shift your life. Bring your hand to your heart and take a deep breath every time you notice anxiety or pain.  You are a divine being having a human experience, now let your heart know that realize this rather than just your mind!  Pain means you forgot the truth of your divinity and swallowed the illusion of the external world!  This is actually a great gift for it offers you the opportunity to be grateful for the reminder that pain offers.

As one re-unites with their authentic Soul energy, doubt releases, and this soul alignment calls into action a boundless source of energy.  This is the authentic energy that will empower the Law of Attraction.  No amount of wishing and dreaming will create a lasting peace.  Only soul alignment, true Knowing and Trust, will offer permanent Peace.

Step Two:  Bring your hand to your heart and ask: “Beloved Spirit, show me where I am holding a wound.” State this command out loud with trust and authority. Allow your free hand to float over your body and find a resting place that called your hand, (trust the process). This sets up a healing circuit, a link from your heart. Breathe deeply and allow the energy of love and trust to flow between your hands. Breathe with gratitude for your divine connection and accept the flow of energy into your body.

 The Authentic energy of one’s core, one’s soul, is a boundless resource that when consciously harnessed generates a magnetic belt of attraction around the person. This Attractor Field can be energized to attract your soul’s desires.  The key is to listen to your deepest urgings, your true soul mission, and from that knowing hold the trust that what you need is being called to you.

Step Three:  Hand to Heart once again and declare: “I am the Healing Light of the Divine and I now release and transmute all discord and limitation from my experience”

Gift yourself by repeating steps 1 to 3 every day for three weeks, and you will see rapid and marvelous results in your life. As you embrace the habit of trusting yourself and releasing doubt, finding the gifts in your current life experience and become more joyful. As you pay attention to your soul’s guidance, you heal any and all soul fractures that often repel true Union. And, as you command Spirit to transmute all discord, you are energizing your Attractor Field with wholeness.

Wholeness is the state of empowerment that results in true abundance. Wholeness is foundationalized in the truth of your core spiritual nature and extends harmony into your physical world of experience. Wholeness is your birthright, your truth. Listen to the quiet urgings from your heart. Trust that guidance, act upon it’s direction and your life will offer abundant rewards!
